Before we start demo, we help you set up a temporary kitchen, usually in a dining room or basement, with the basics: microwave, coffee maker, fridge access, and a workable countertop. We seal off the work zone with floor-to-ceiling dust barriers and zip-doors so the rest of the house stays livable. Shoe covers on every entry. Daily cleanup before our crew leaves.
It's not glamorous for those weeks, but it's manageable, and you'll save the cost of an Airbnb. If you'd rather move out for the rough phase, we can also work with that schedule.

If your remodel involves structural changes or major electrical and plumbing work, yes. Cosmetic updates like painting or replacing countertops typically don't. We pull all required permits with the City of Bellevue (or the appropriate Eastside jurisdiction) on your behalf, so you don't have to navigate the process yourself.
