Most full kitchen remodels take 6 to 12 weeks from demo day to final walkthrough. A straightforward cabinet and countertop replacement is on the shorter end. Anything with structural changes, plumbing relocation, or custom millwork lands in the longer range.

Before we start demo, we help you set up a temporary kitchen — usually in a dining room or basement — with the basics: microwave, coffee maker, fridge access, and a workable countertop. We seal off the work zone with floor-to-ceiling dust barriers and zip-doors so the rest of the house stays livable. Shoe covers on every entry. Daily cleanup before our crew leaves.
It's not glamorous for those weeks, but it's manageable — and you'll save the cost of an Airbnb. If you'd rather move out for the rough phase, we can also work with that schedule.
