Tile from the ’90s. Mildew creeping back into the grout no matter how many times you scrub. A soft spot in the floor near the tub. A vanity starting to bow because the seal under the sink finally gave up… Sound familiar? The room you start every day in is the one you can’t wait to leave. It doesn’t have to be.
In 30 years of doing this work — 14 running this company — I’ve torn out hundreds of bathrooms. I know every weak spot, every shortcut, every place a bathroom tends to fail over time. I’ve spent those decades developing the systems, sourcing the right materials, and refining the methods that mean we don’t come back — not until you’re ready for the next update.
Let’s build the bathroom you actually want to start your day in.
Everything — design through final walkthrough — under one roof. We’re a true design-build general contractor, not a bid-out shop that hands you off to a stranger after the contract is signed.
One project manager, one schedule, one crew. You don’t chase subcontractors and we don’t pass blame.
Most bathroom remodels take 3 to 6 weeks from demo day to final walkthrough. A cosmetic refresh is on the shorter end. A full gut with new plumbing, waterproofing, and custom tile lands in the longer range.
Here’s what to expect for the different scopes we typically handle:
Don’t forget the lead time before demo — plan 2–4 weeks for permits (if required) and 4–8 weeks for tile, vanities and fixtures to arrive. We give you a clear week-by-week schedule before we start, and we keep you in the loop the entire way through — here’s exactly what to expect from our process.
More than any other surface, tile defines a bathroom — and it demands precision. Our in-house tile team brings years of hands-on experience to every shower surround, floor, and accent wall.
Whether it’s large-format porcelain, intricate mosaic patterns, or hand-glazed artisan tile, they install it with the kind of care that turns a bathroom into a showpiece. Crisp grout lines, dead-level floors, mitered corners that look like a single piece of stone — these are the details that separate a bathroom that looks great on day one from one that still looks great a decade later.
For most homeowners, yes. The standard 60-inch tub/shower combo feels dated to people now, and almost nobody actually takes baths in the shallow, cramped tubs you find in those setups. A tile walk-in shower with a glass enclosure looks dramatically more current — and more practical day to day. And if your bathroom is large enough to fit both a freestanding soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, that’s the luxury setup people dream about.
That said, don’t lose your last tub. If young kids are part of the picture, you’ll want a tub somewhere in the house now. And even if they’re not, a home with no bathtub at all takes a hit at resale — home buyers with young families always want at least one.
A great bathroom isn’t just about looks — it’s about comfort. Our electricians install heated flooring that takes the edge off cold Seattle mornings, towel warmers that add a touch of luxury, and lighting systems that shift from bright and energizing to soft and relaxing.
Our plumbers engineer everything from multi-head shower systems and steam showers to freestanding tub installations and wall-mount faucets — because what’s behind the walls matters just as much as what you see. Every connection is solid, every line is pressure-tested, and every fixture performs as beautifully as it looks.
Most bathroom remodels in the Seattle area run between $12,000 and $80,000, depending on size, scope, and finish level. Seattle labor rates run 20–30% above national averages, so local pricing is higher than what you’ll see in national guides.
We provide fixed-price proposals after our free in-home consultation — everything is laid out line by line, so there are no surprises mid-project.

Not sure if you’re in range? Call us — if it’s within reach, we’ll come measure for free.
We visit your home, discuss your vision and goals, assess the existing space, and talk through options and budget ranges. There’s no pressure and no obligation — it’s a conversation to see if we’re the right fit for your project.
We do both, and honestly we enjoy the smaller jobs. A lot of contractors won’t return your call for a vanity swap or a tub-to-shower conversion — we will. About 70% of our bathroom work ends up being full renovations — strip to the studs, new plumbing, waterproofing, custom tile, the whole thing. The right scope is whatever actually makes sense for your space and your budget.
Not usually. If it’s a guest bath or kids’ bath, life goes on — just use the other bathroom. If it’s your only bathroom, that’s a different conversation. We can sometimes phase the work to keep the toilet functional for most of the project, but there may be a day or two where you need to make other arrangements. A master bath remodel when you have a second bathroom? No disruption at all — we close the door and you won’t even know we’re there until the walkthrough.
We use a milestone-based draw schedule — you pay as agreed phases of the project complete, not all upfront. The exact schedule is outlined in your fixed-price proposal before any work begins.
