East Hill, Scenic Hill, Panther Lake, Lake Meridian, Covington: if it’s on the Kent side of the county, we’ve probably driven past your street on the way to a job.
We handle every trade in-house — framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. That means one contractor, one crew, and one point of contact from demo day to the final walkthrough. No gaps between subs, and nobody pointing fingers when a detail matters.
Bathrooms are the room Kent homeowners call us about most, and they’re the room where our in-house trades earn their keep. Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, cabinetry, and glass all have to come together in a few dozen square feet, with no room for error behind the walls.
The bathroom in this photo is the one that won us a 2026 Chrysalis Award — a national remodeling honor, with just one national and three regional winners per category. Deep green subway tile, marble mosaic floors, brass hardware, and a skylight, all built into a converted attic. The same crew that built it shows up in Kent. A lot of Kent’s housing stock went up in the 80s and 90s, and plenty of those kitchens are still wearing their original oak cabinets and closed-off layouts. That’s exactly the kind of transformation we do best: opening walls, rebuilding the layout around how your family actually cooks, and finishing it with cabinetry that runs to the ceiling.
The kitchen at the top of this page shows what that looks like — a dated mid-century kitchen rebuilt around a white quartz peninsula with bar seating, a canopy hood, and a farmhouse sink under the windows. If you’re wondering what a project like that costs, our kitchen remodel cost estimator will get you a realistic number in about a minute. See our full kitchen remodeling services →
The beverage center in that last photo is a good example of how we think. Glass-front cabinet for the stemware, floating walnut shelves with under-shelf lighting, a bar sink, and a pass-through window straight to the grill on the patio. It wasn’t in a catalog — the homeowners described how they entertain, and we built the answer.
Basements, laundry rooms, built-ins, whole-home projects: if your Kent home has a space that isn’t working, it’s worth a conversation. See our full range of services →
