We’re based in Tacoma, Washington, and we’ve completed over 500 projects across Seattle, the Eastside, and the greater Puget Sound.
Tim started the company with a simple goal: make professional kitchen and bath transformations accessible to every homeowner in the region. Fifteen years later, he still runs the company — and still shows up on the jobsite. We operate as Pacific Homeworks Northwest LLC, doing business as NW Homeworks, licensed and bonded in Washington State.
We design and build kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, IKEA kitchen installations, and whole-home projects — basements, laundry rooms, built-ins, and more. Every trade is in-house: framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. One contractor, one crew, one point of contact from demo day to final walkthrough.
That structure isn’t a marketing line — it’s why our projects hold their schedules and why the details come out right. Nothing gets lost in a handoff between subcontractors, because there isn’t one. See the results for yourself in our project portfolio.
In 2026, our Maple Leaf master bath won a Chrysalis Award — a national remodeling honor with entries from across the country and just one national and three regional winners per category. We took a Regional Award in the Bath Under $50,000 category. You can read the story behind the win on our blog, or see the project itself in our portfolio.
The rest of the proof lives in what our clients say. Find us on Google, Houzz, and Yelp, or read a selection on our reviews page.
From our home base in Tacoma we serve the whole central Puget Sound: West Seattle and the Seattle neighborhoods, the Eastside — Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Issaquah — and the south end, including Normandy Park, Kent, and Tacoma itself.
