We’ve been over here a lot lately — both projects on this page are recent West Seattle jobs. We handle every trade in-house — framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry — which means one contractor, one point of contact, and no gaps between subs.
This green AXSTAD kitchen tells you a lot about how we like to work. The homeowner started his own IKEA install and stalled out partway through — so we got him unstuck. We rebuilt the peninsula corner so every drawer opens freely, ran the cabinets to the ceiling with trimmed panels for a built-in look, finished the electrical and lighting, vented the range hood through the roof, and set the built-in oven. This is the bathroom with that view outside the front door. The owners wanted something warm and modern, so we ran vertically stacked terracotta tile floor to ceiling, set a trio of tiled niches into the shower wall, and paired it with matte black fixtures, a fluted white-oak vanity, and large-format stone-look floor tile. Small room, big presence.

Look closer at that shower wall: three recessed niches, each one framed in black edge trim, each course of tile lining up through the openings. That kind of detail doesn’t happen by accident — it’s planned before the first tile goes on, and it’s backed by proper waterproofing underneath.
